What is biometric verification?
Log Off Club uses your phone's built-in Face ID or fingerprint scanner to verify that a real human is behind every interaction. Your biometric data never leaves your device — we only receive a pass/fail result. This ensures no bots, no fake accounts, and no automated spam.
Is my biometric data safe?
Yes. Your biometric data (fingerprint, face scan) is processed entirely by your phone's secure enclave and is never sent to our servers. We use the same secure APIs that Apple Pay and Google Pay use. We only receive a binary "verified" or "not verified" result.
Why do I need to verify for every action?
This is what makes Log Off Club different. By requiring verification for every post, like, comment, and message, we guarantee that every interaction comes from a real person. No bots can post. No fake accounts can message you. It takes less than a second with Face ID.
Can I use Log Off Club without biometrics?
No. Biometric verification is a core requirement. Your device must have biometric hardware (Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint sensor) with at least one biometric enrolled. This is fundamental to our bot-free guarantee.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. You'll have a 30-day grace period to reactivate. After 30 days, all your data (posts, messages, profile) is permanently deleted from our servers.
How do I download my data?
Go to Settings → Privacy & Data → Download My Data. This exports all your personal data in JSON format.
How do I report someone?
Tap the three-dot menu on any post or user profile and select "Report." Choose the reason and submit. Our team reviews all reports and aims to take action within 24 hours for safety issues.
Is Log Off Club free?
Yes, Log Off Club is free to download and use. We may offer optional premium features or an in-app store in the future, but the core social experience will always be free.
What platforms is Log Off Club available on?
Log Off Club is available on iOS and Android. There is no web version — this is intentionally a phone-only experience, because biometric verification requires your physical device.
